Senior Colorist

Philadelphia area native Megan Reilly has a way with hair color. The salon’s balayage expert got her start at New York City’s renowned Salon AKS, where she trained with some of Manhattan’s most talented colorists. Upon returning to Philadelphia, she built a local following at Studio CL before joining Alex Molchadskiy at AMS, where her roster of clients includes a who’s who of Philadelphia women. Beloved TV meteorologist Kathy Orr is a regular. Megan has won Philadelphia magazine’s “Best of Philly,” Allure’s “Best of Beauty” and InStyle Beauty Black Book awards multiple times.

Megan is perhaps best known for balayage, the French hair painting technique. She masterfully creates natural color, brightens complexions and adds depth, movement and shine. She also specializes in color correction and traditional foil highlights. On her days off, Megan volunteers at the Philadelphia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
